POLICY

THIS INFORMATION SHOULD BE READ PRIOR TO PURCHASING ANY SERVICE

PAYMENT METHODS + PRICES 

In order to begin a project, payment must be made in full. Cashapp and Apple Pay are supported

payment methods. Trade services are also an option, where a client provides an item/service with equal

value in exchange for our services. To go through with this method, a discussion and agreement must

be made prior, send us an email here. Invoices may also be sent out only for services that are not listed

on the website. Prices are subject to change, without warning, at any given time.

TURNAROUND TIME

Turnaround times vary.

For most services: 5-12 days.

For motion graphics (motion flyers, YouTube intros, etc.): 7-12 days.

For websites and packages: 1-2 weeks.

Rush fees are available as well! See more information under the "RUSH FEES" tab.

Note: Turnaround time doesn't begin until both payment and all details have been submitted.

RUSH FEES

Regular services: $30 for 5 day turnaround • $50 for 3 day turnaround.

Motion graphics: $75 for day turnaround • $85 for 3 day turnaround.

For websites/packages: $100 for 5 day turnaround • $150 for 3 day turnaround

(websites are excluded)

REFUNDS

Please keep in mind, due to the nature of our services once a payment has been made there will be

absolutely no refunds. Be sure your decision is firm before booking with us to avoid any conflict. Unless however,

an issue occurs on our end to where the project is unable to be completed. A client being unnecessarily difficult,

indecisive or rude will be provided with a refund and project will then be cancelled. The client will then

be unable to book with us in the future.

Once a draft has been sent, the client can either approve the design(s) or communicate what revisions need to be

made. When doing this, please refrain from using descriptive words only, as a "revision"

I.E. Instead of asking questions like, "Could you just make it pop?" or  "I don't know what I want, I just know I want it

to be super cute and boujie!"

Ask questions using specific details like: "Could you change the upper font to a skinny, tall font?" or Could you

move the left word to the center? Could you incorporate some cheetah print? 

COMMUNICATION + response time

If any questions or concerns come about, we will reach out and would greatly appreciate a response

within 48 - 72  hours. We understand some people are busy on a regular basis. However it is still

extremely important to respond in a timely manner. This is to avoid prolonging the process. After a week

of no response, your project will be put on a hold. After two weeks, it will be cancelled indefinitely and

booking with us will no longer be permitted.

A client being difficult to work with (by being condescending, indecisive or insulting) will result in a project cancellation.

No response after seven days, without reason, results in a project hold and would the need a $50 fee to be added

back into the queue. No response after 14 days, results in project being cancelled indefinitely. Client will no longer

be able to book in the future.

revisions + limits

Each project has five free revisions.After this limit has been reached, any additional revision is $15. Revision is

when part of a design is being altered to better fit a vision the client may have.  A revision is not a redesign,

here are a few examples of the different types of revisions:

  • changing placement

  • changing size

  • font change

  • color change

  • rewording

  • alignment

  • adding/removing elements 

  • spacing

Also, please refrain from asking questions like:

 "Could you just make it pop?"

how to properly fill out submission form

The most efficient way to manage a project is having easily accessible information. Which is why it is so

important to properly enter all details and upload any pictures/examples onto the form. Be sure to answer each

and every question using full detail. And please note that any information that was sent through DM, text, messenger,

etc.will no longer be valid once it has been sent out. For the clients that have scheduled and paid for a consultation, notes

will be jotted down during the duration of the call. If it is not on the form, it will not be added to your project.Submit your

form in a timely manner. Taking any longer than 72 hours is not recommended, as this will only prolong the process and

interfere with turnaround time.

CONSULTATIONS

Consultations are made over the phone.Duration of each call will be no longer than 30 minutes. Audio calls are only

available, at this time video calls and in person meetings are not permitted. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

DISCLAIMER

When purchasing a service, please remember that you are not buying the service instantl. It is a process,

when you checkout you will be sent a PDF with a questionnaire attached. This is the case for all of our

listed services, unless stated otherwise and/or labeled "pre-made". It is your responsibility to read the

terms and conditionsit is very important that these rules are understood before making purchase.
